Clemente Damascus

The book I read was called Clemente by Willie Perdomo. I would recommend this book to a friend because it an amazing story and very inspiring. In the book it says,"because he knew that with con respeto, con argullo, with faith, with hope, belief in yourself, standing up for whats right, fighting against whats wrong, with love, and strength anything in this world is possible. I even learned that Clemente sacrificed his life for the people of nicaragua. I know this because the book even says,"And we definitely cant forget about Clementes last sac fly New Years Eve 1972, Roberto Clemente gets on an airplane. He's going to Nicaragua to help people who lost their lives in an earthquake. The plane never got across the ocean. It was to heavy. It had too many boxes of food and clothes medicine and toys. The plane crashed into the water, and Roberto disappears." In conclusion, the story of Roberto Clemente is very inspiring. I learned about this life on and off the field.
