TITLE OF THE BOOK: Percy Jackson: The Lightning Thief
Date Started: 7/3/13
Date Ended: 7/13/13
Date Writing:7/15/13
This is a Science Fiction (Sci-Fi), teen and children's book. It is for ages 8+.
What I like most about this story is how it starts off with an adventure and how his (Percy) life turns out once he found out who he really was. What I didn't like about this story was when he had to struggle with his grades at school and having autism. He changed 6 schools in one year. That is a big adjustment.
The characters reminded me of the ups/downs and challenges of life.
I would recommend this book to others even kids my age (12+). Those who love reading will especially enjoy this story because your imagination will come to life chapter by chapter.

Zander -- I just finished reading this book a few minutes ago! I'm glad you enjoyed it. I did, too.
ReplyDeleteOne thing to clarify: Percy has ADHD and dyslexia, not autism.
I'll be writing a post about this book next week, so keep an eye out!
