Where the mountain meets the moon

        Where the mountain meets the moon, by Grace Lin, is about a young girl named Minli living in a poor town of rice farmers who goes out to seek her fortune. She starts out by buying a goldfish, and soon finds herself on a magical journey with a loyal dragon to find the place were the mountain meets the moon. They are helped by many along the way, and they also help many. But in the end, this story is brilliant and heartwarming, and altogether a great read. I can only hope that anyone else who picks up this book loves it as much as I did.
