Mrs. Peregrine’s home for Peculiar Children:
Jacob listens to stories his grandfather tells about his horrible childhood. But he doesn't realize that there true until his grandfather's violent and mysterious death. During his trauma after the terrorizing event, Jacob travels to a small island off the coast of Wales to unravel the mystery of his grandfather's stories. This is a really terrorizing book that might give you nightmares. I liked the characters and the way that the book is illustrated, which is using found photos. The photos give the story a sense of mystery and they are all very interested photos that were found by the author. I would recommend this book to anyone who doesn't have nightmares and who enjoys a very scary book.
Warning: If you're prone to get nightmares, please spare yourself the terrorizing nights and do not read this book.
Note: This book contains quite a few curses.
